Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, bright, and good-looking, perfect for our young adult daughter and service dog. However, the late-night noise disturbed our peace as loud music and shouting continued from midnight to 2 am.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were stunning, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is spacious and quiet. However, the late-night noise was a downside to an otherwise fantastic experience. The service was top-notch with excellent hospitality, but the location, although lovely, required extra spending on transportation. Dining was delightful with fresh fruit and worth the upgrade for all-you-can-drink mimosas. The facilities were impressive, but the limited service menu was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with rooms that have a bit of a tired feel but boast a cozy bed and views overlooking Biscayne Bay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, with special attention to accessibility and accommodating requests. However, the location might require additional spending on taxi fares compared to busier areas, but the tranquil setting is ideal for some leisurely swims. The dining experience, although worth traveling for, has limitations in menu choices, and the facilities provide a decent overall experience.
