gym equipment free shuttle delicious cocktails old sofa old towels unclean bathroom
i really liked the gym it has high quality equipment i also found the free shuttle to central shopping super useful it made getting around so easy i especially liked the cocktails at the gin bar they were delicious and inexpensive i definitely enjoyed happy hour
the sofa in my room was quite old i could feel the springs it definitely needs replacing i also noticed the towels were a bit old they reminded me of they were from the 90s the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected it could have used a more thorough scrub

outdated tv bathroom cleaning
The room was big. A junior suite with a kitchen was a nice touch for the rate (i could prepare a cup of tea in the morning).
I had some issues with the tv, it was outdated and only a few channels worked. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I found some hair in the shower drain and the shower head had some limescale.

friendly staff equipped gym
the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of dishes of high quality. the gym was well equipped for my workouts.
i noticed some dust in the room. the bedding had a slight smell. i hope they address these issues.

Acceptable Stay With Some Issues
poor breakfast short gym hours
The room size was quite generous it had ample space.
The state of cleanliness was questionable I found a hairball near the bathroom upon arrival. The breakfast was also disappointing it offered very limited options and the quality of the food was quite low. The gym hours were short it closed far too early.

massive fridge lovely staff
The staff was friendly and cute. My room featured a very large fridge freezer, useful for storing drinks and snacks (perfect for a longer stay).
the pool tiles were broken and some missing, a maintenance issue the hotel should address.
