friendly staff classic neighborhood full bathroom

the staff was very friendly and managed everything really well! i loved the location near the metro and parc monceau. i especially liked that it was in a classic neighborhood with bakeries and shops. the room had a full bathroom and cool views from the rooftops!

the ventilation didn't work that well in my room, even after i mentioned it.

i spent three nights in a classic monceau room. i found it a good size for one person and very clean. daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels each day.. also, complimentary kusmi tea and coffee were always available in the lobby.

the ventilation system was not optimal.

The hotel is close to the metro and several shops. A shopping center is also nearby! it only took 25 minutes to reach the champs elysees using the metro. the staff was helpful with directions.

friendly staff comfortable bed quiet location

i found the staff really friendly. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the hotel's location is central and quiet i rested well especially important since my visit was for work. i appreciated having a safe and coffee machine in the room

the shower tended to leak onto the floor this issue needs some attention. it was a minor inconvenience but it could be easily fixed i think so it would improve the overall experience

the staff were friendly and helpful with metro navigation. they were always there and happy to assist. the rooms and hotel were very clean. i especially liked the location near the metro and parc monceau, with bakeries and shops.

The heating did not fully reach our bedroom. I used a second duvet for warmth.
