I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, but unfortunately, mine was located right next to the Emergency Stairway and Elevator, making it extremely loud for my family's size. The room was also missing a hair dryer, which was a bit inconvenient.

The service was top-notch. The staff members were super friendly and respectful, particularly when we encountered a problem during check-out with my disabled daughter. They were very helpful, kind, and understanding, which made our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

The location was convenient for our business needs near the University. However, there was a negative interaction at the front desk with Ms. Montana, who gave service with a sneer. On the positive side, the hotel was right in the center of everything, with easy access to various dining options and not far from Market Square downtown for a more grown-up area.

My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, boasting a king bed, a standard desk, and a TV stand. The bathroom was a delight with a lovely fridge, microwave, and fantastic water pressure for a relaxing shower. Being just one room away from the elevator made it very convenient, especially during this special time for our family. However, there was a slight issue with the valet service. Overall, a wonderful experience.
