The Hauser Restaurant is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm, serving breakfast with oven-fresh croissants and baked goods from their own bakery. Meals feature regional and local ingredients, including vegetables from their own garden in Samedan.

The RooBar on the Hauser's terrace is the sunniest place in St. Moritz, attracting both locals and tourists. Guests can enjoy regional beers, wines from Bündner Herrschaft, and creative drinks while watching the lively activity in the center of town.
