My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, with good showers and kitchen areas, had the unfortunate issue of having the parking lot lights right in front of the window, which was quite shocking given the price paid. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking as the couch seemed to have stains that made my guests uncomfortable, a first for me as a frequent visitor.

When we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, it was a bit of a wreck but overall one of the best rooms we have had anywhere in a while, although it smelled when we entered. The service was amazing as always, but the staff taking bags out meant very little sleep; housekeeping was good, shops/commercial services were very nice and attentive. The location is perfect for our doctor's appointments, consistently clean and well-prepared, although finding it could be better; cleaning of tables could be quicker. The dining experience was good with an excellent selection, ending at 9 am sharp, the pool was wonderful, the salads were tasty. The hotel has good facilities, but there could be better and quicker cleaning of the tables.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and tastefully done, great for families with kids and lots of baggage. The service was a bit mixed but generally friendly. The location was convenient, close to Texas Tech University and shopping centers. The dining experience was decent, nothing too special. Overall, a good value for the money.
