My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and close to great restaurants, but there was an issue with noise from a late-night party. The rooms had a mildew smell at first, required maintenance, and were noisy. The service was exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to accommodate our needs, but families with children may prefer specific floors. The facilities were satisfactory overall, with praise for the clean and friendly environment.
