My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms and upholstery. The temperature control was a bit tricky even with the A/C. The service was friendly but sometimes slow with a few inconveniences. The location is fantastic, right near the Parque Fundidora, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience was subpar, with a disappointing buffet that didn't meet expectations. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's facilities were decent.
