My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, my second room smelled like smoke and was not comfortable. The service was great; the staff were all very polite and attentive, especially when my trunks landed on the roof from my balcony - they didn't hesitate to retrieve them. The location was a disaster, and the hotel was under construction, which was a major downside. The dining experience was inedible, and the food was cold and old. However, the homemade Majorcan products offered some unique options.
