the location was acceptable with good transport links nearby.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no fridge. the noise from outside was constant throughout the night. i found it very difficult to sleep because of it and the staff did not seem to care.

The location was super convenient. I walked almost everywhere! tram and bus stops were also really close, nice (i used them a couple of times). the staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions i had.
the air conditioning was quite noisy, and i found it difficult to sleep sometimes because of the loud sounds it made. i really hope they can fix that, as it affected the quality of sleep .

The room was clean and sufficiently sized, even without the upgrade, feel spacious. I liked that coffee and tea were provided, and the bathroom had a clean shower with good water pressure.

the room decor felt excellent it really set the tone for a relaxing stay the bathroom offered a forceful shower that was always refreshing the front office provided helpful service i especially valued the lady on the afternoon shift were really good
i found the hotel lacked a restaurant and the rooms didn't include a minibar

the location, while not exactly central, it is convenient because public transport links are close. the staff was helpful to me with directions and information. i find the room very clean when i arrived. breakfast offered various options, including bread and pastries.
there wasn't a fridge in the room, i consider this necessary for travelers. the lack of air conditioning. the mattress felt too hard, it affected my sleep .
