Overlooking the pool was a great choice as the summer heat was picking up. The room detailing felt like a royal experience, making it very comfortable. The hotel is a recommended option.

The prime location made it easy to walk to the city center and the night market without feeling crowded or noisy. Getting to the busy tourist spots was convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, and I would stay here again when the weather is better to explore more of the area. The rooms appeared a little tired, but with a coat of paint, they could be easily revitalized. They were nice at first sight and comfortable, although a bit tight to pass the bed. Overall, the rooms were beautiful.

The service here was top-notch. The staff were bright, kind, and provided a wonderful service. They were extremely friendly and alternative, always responding fast to our questions and requests. They were happy for us to use all the facilities and shower in the day spa before our flight. Most of the staff were really great, attentive, and accommodating.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's a short walk to the city center and to the monks marching every morning to collect food from the people. It was a nice place to relax after coming home from a tour or city walk. It's good and within walking distance of the main sites, and just a five-minute walk to the mighty Mekong.

The dining experience was a bit limited in choice. The buffet was quite large for the size of this hotel. However, the food quality was a bit poor, with most items being recycled every few days and a small selection available. The prices were a little expensive, but I did enjoy the grilled fish.
