ample space easy access friendly staff stocked minibar
The room provided ample space for suitcases. I appreciated the easy access to transportation, including trams. The staff was friendly. A minibar was also available.
I found the wifi setup in the room a bit inconvenient. It took too long to figure out.

The barman on the ground floor demonstrated true craftsmanship in preparing drinks. Food was delicious. Drinks were served carefully with attention to detail.

The room was bright with big windows. A big safety box was present. A computer could fit inside. Bedding was comfortable in the room. The room was modern and clean.

The receptionists were very cute. Staff fulfilled all requirements ahead of the visit. Check-in and check-out were fast, even with many people present. This was great.

The location is next to the Messe. Badischer Bahnhof and several tram stops are close. Clarastrasse and the rhine are within walking distance. Public transport is convenient.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
unclear instruction lack mini-bar
The hotel location worked well for my travel needs.
I experienced issues with the elevator system, I did not like how it works. Reaching the ground floor requires entering '0', this wasn't clear. my room lacked a mini-bar, which I thought was a standard.

the hotel location is near the exposition hall. there are many choices at the breakfast buffet including fruits juices and coffees. the room had a wall of floor to ceiling windows.
housekeeping did not replace used glasses or provide amenities like lotion.

small rooms basic soap
the rooms are small. i think the rooms do not had basic soap in the bathroom which i find strange. the bedding was not very comfortable and the duvets small. i did not like the view facing another building not the city as i expected.

high quality city center free minibar
my superior king room had a great view from the 12th floor the minibar was restocked daily at no extra cost. the breakfast offered very nice choice and high quality. the hotel is near the city center.
