i appreciated the front desk staff, especially lyudmila. she assisted with the car rental and recommended local restaurants with reservations. the location suited my needs perfectly as it was ideal for exploring main attractions and close to the port.

my room had an issue with the air conditioner. i reported it for maintenance, but the problem was not resolved. i was also unable to change rooms due to the hotel being fully booked.
