convenient location near the port
helpful staff great location
i appreciated the front desk staff, especially lyudmila. she assisted with the car rental and recommended local restaurants with reservations. the location suited my needs perfectly as it was ideal for exploring main attractions and close to the port.
my room had an issue with the air conditioner. i reported it for maintenance, but the problem was not resolved. i was also unable to change rooms due to the hotel being fully booked.

the hotel provides convenient parking behind the building and offers fast and reliable wi-fi access throughout the premises to use. the rooftop restaurant provided fine views. it overlooked the city and port area.

my standard double room included a minibar, a coffee and tea station, and toiletries. there were also plenty of towels provided for my convenience. the large tv was great.

the staff were generally friendly and cute . yulia helped arrange a taxi to the cruise ship terminal which was very helpful. check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient.

the breakfast was really good. i liked it was on the top floor with a lovely view of the sea. everything worked well .

The location is near the bus stop to the airport. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The bed was comfortable, i slept very well.
The neighborhood felt a bit seedy.
