friendly staff spacious room soft bed

the reception staff were helpful and friendly. i appreciated that the room was spacious and clean. the soft bed was also comfy and cosy (i really felt at home).

coffee machine charging station

my superior twin room had good coffee service , including a functional coffee machine. i used the convenient charging station to power ALL my devices.

i noticed a SMALL cigarette odor , even though smoking is not allowed.

poor cleanliness dark spots

I have to say, the cleanliness was not great. I noticed the cleaning staff consisted of only one person per floor, it was unusual. When I dropped something under the bed, I found items from previous guests and quite a lot of dust. The carpet had several dark spots, and the walls needed a better cleaning, I was disappointed.
