The staff was helpful and kind. I borrowed a bike and cycled around. It was easy and flat. The laundry service was AMAZING!!!

i liked the complimentary bicycles. they made exploring the area easy. the pool was also a highlight.

I had some issues with the scooter rental. the tank was empty upon pickup. I was still expected to pay full price. it broke down completely, leaving me stranded. i also noticed the outdoor fan in the gazebo wasn't working, a minor inconvenience

I found a few issues. The bathroom had plumbing problems. The water pressure was weak, and there was little hot water SOMEtimes. The "waterfall" on the hotel was to be man-made, a bit of a letdown.
