The room had thin walls. I heard neighbors throughout the night. the noise affected MY sleep.

I found the location to be very convenient. It was close to many things. The staff members were SUPER kind. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!
My room had a strong smell from the bathroom and it was unpleasant. A locked door in the room seemed to have a water pipe running behind it all night, and it made sleeping difficult. the beds were TOO soft for my liking.

The staff were great at giving advice on local spots, restaurants, and transportation. i even got a good bottle of wine with fruit salad, and a thank you note when i left, it was very nice. the breakfast included fried eggs with olive oil and spring onion. It tasted like a simple home-cooked meal. i found the scrambled eggs to be unusually good too.

The hotel sits steps from the main shopping street. it is a short walk to the ferry harbor too. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance from the hotel. this central spot made getting around quite easy.

Breakfast started at 6:30, allowing enough time to walk to catch the ferry. the hotel prepared a dry breakfast package for me. This happened on a day when i had to leave very early for an excursion. coffee was freely accessible from morning until late evening.

The rooms had above-average facilities. the hotel stored luggage for me while i traveled in crete, really helpful. i also rented a car through the hotel. The price was better than other nearby options and the car was delivered and picked up there.
