My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large and comfortable, plus I received a 300CNY F&B credit package which was a nice touch. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms with black mold growing in the shower. The service was impeccable, with staff who speak English well and are very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance to subway stations and major streets, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were good, though I wished for more variety, especially in the vegetarian options. Overall, a great experience with some minor room cleanliness issues.
