the staff provided a warm welcome on arrival.. our room on the third floor was ready despite our early arrival and it proved to be quiet. i greatly appreciated the balcony view though the balcony size felt compact. the bed offered comfort and i always had hot water for showers with towels changed regularly. the location made it easy to walk to the bus station and promenade and enjoy the restaurants nearby.
sound insulation could improve as i sometimes heard hallway noises.

the hotel staff were very friendly, and they were attentive to our needs i was like i was staying in a cute home. the food was thoughtfully presented and tasted really good i liked how they decorated the hotel, and the facilities had great designs.
I noticed that the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear hallway noise.

the hotel is located near the main shopping street. the decor felt modern, with lots of light and air. i was upgraded to a sea view roomwith a balcony. the receptionist was helpful, also the staff.
the internal finishes felt poor. rendered concrete walls and painted woodwork felt rough. bathroom lighting felt poor and the concrete wash basin was dark. the flooring was slippery because of the painted finish.
