poor cleanliness restaurant service
the STAFF WAS friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness WAS lacking. I noticed crumbs on the desk upon arrival. the shower's half-door design allowed water to spread across the bathroom floor. the dining experience at the attached restaurant was also subpar.

central location comfortable bed friendly staff
the location is very central. i could easily walk to many attractions. my queen room was nicely decorated. the bed and pillows felt very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the staff members were also very friendly and helpful.
the shower had a slight design flaw. it caused some water to spill onto the bathroom floor after each use.
