The location was ideal for exploring the city. Shavonne at the front desk helped when my sister joined my daughter and me at the last minute. She accommodated our change and greeted us every time we entered or left the hotel. Even my teenager commented on her kindness.
The water purifier was out of service, but I did get bottled water after a slight delay.

decent experience at the hotel

rooftop bardual pianosbathroom fan
the rooftop bar offered a nice experience. the dualing pianos on saturday were entertaining. the hotel was also clean, a definite plus.
I noticed there was no bathroom fan in the room. this meant i had to leave the bathroom door open after showering, which wasn't ideal. The stairs were inaccessible.

I have visited this hotel multiple times. the cleanliness is excellent. The rooms are very clean. the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. i found the rooftop bar enjoyable, with great cocktails. the room also had a good view of the surrounding area. i appreciated the convenient location near the station. the room was well-stocked daily with fresh towels.
