From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile from Kristen at the Front Desk. The majestic halls and the grand-sized room wowed me. However, the initial room I received was not representative of the room I was moved to on the 4th floor the next day.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many museums and galleries.
