acceptable, but not flawless
unhelpful staff extra charge
the location directly facing the sea was acceptable. one could easily access the water.
The breakfast service felt unorganized. Cappuccino required an extra charge. also, there was a leak in my bathroom, AND the reception staff seemed unhelpful in resolving the issue. it's what i would call, an INCONVENIENCE.

great location friendly staff excellent pastries run down gym dated room noisy balcony
the location is wonderful. it is right in front of the ocean and a very nice large terrace space. the front desk were very friendly. breakfast was ok overall and the pastries were excellent.
the gym have hand weights and a little cardio equipment, but it were minimal and very run down. the hotel room were clean but dated. i was not able to use the balcony because it were on the first floor and reminded me of i were right on top of the people at the restaurant below.

immediate access smooth check-in
the location offered immediate access to the beach, next to historical monuments and the town center, i loved it. the ladies at reception showed hospitality, this made everything smooth, especially the check-in.
i noticed, during breakfast, that they did not replenish the empty dishes fast enough. this caused a small delay, a tiny flaw in an otherwise smooth morning.

Decent Hotel, Some Issues Observed
poor insulation sparse toiletries
The room's sound insulation was poor. I could hear noise from the restaurant and bar. This made restful sleep difficult. The room also lacked expected amenities. The toiletries were sparse. The shower temperature fluctuated considerably. A consistent temperature was not achievable.

Really good Seaside Experience
gourmet choices fresh juice sea view
The restaurant offered gourmet choices that I found delicious. Breakfast included a vast selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh juice. Every room offers an expansive sea view, and the all-day dining area is right on the water's edge, which charmed me.

huge buffet suite room amazing view refined dinner
The breakfast buffet IS HUGE with so many options. I got a suite room as a free upgrade. The sea views ARE amazing from the room. The restaurant provides a really refined dinner.
The hotel hallway almost looked like a rundown hospital.

The reception staff offers a friendly welcome and provides assistance. Housekeeping IS courteous and efficient. The staff are very kind and helpful, always leaving guests with a smile making them feel at home .

Rooms INCLUDE air conditioning and bathtubs. Extra pillows and blankets are in the cupboard for additional comfort. Guests can swim in the ocean every day and a really nice large terrace space IS provided for relaxation.
