The location was ideal. It was next to the beach. the shopping area and restaurants were also very close. so it was very convenient. the tropical garden surroundings were very pleasant and the peaceful ambiance was nice.
the air conditioner was not working properly. it made the room very hot at night, and it dripped water. the staff did not resolve this issue.

The pool area has a good number of loungers and some shaded sections. breakfast offers plenty of variety. The buffet includes both local and international dishes. the hotel is near local street markets and a mall.

breakfast was a buffet and quite acceptable.
the air conditioning in my room was poorly positioned. It was far from the bed and did not face it. the bed area became very warm, causing me to wake up in a sweat multiple times each night. the room also needed a thorough cleaning, as there were stains on the sofa and in the bathtub. i consider this unacceptable.

Breakfast included many fresh foods with both Western and Indonesian options. I loved this. The hotel upgraded me without any additional charge when I arrived. Staff members seemed polite and offered genuine help.
I noticed some very minor wear on furniture, though still quite acceptable.
