I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is superb, within walking distance of several attractions, and the service was attentive, with quick help for carrying luggage. However, the rooms felt a little unclean, especially on the 4th floor, which got quite hot with no elevator.

I couldn't believe how perfectly located this hotel was, right on Rue St Denis and just a short walk from downtown. The spacious room exceeded my expectations, offering a clean and lovely retreat after a busy day of exploring Montreal. The service was out of this world with helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience was visually a piece of art, worth every penny, and the facilities were excellent. However, finding parking could be a bit challenging.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, although there were a couple of downsides with the small balcony and issues with the jacuzzi/hot tub. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my three-night stay. The location couldn't have been better, being within walking distance to the Just for Laughs show and surrounded by some of Montreal's best restaurants and vibrant street life.
