Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were noisy due to being facing the street but were well-arranged for our group. The service was friendly and went above expectations, although there was a slight issue with providing portable heaters for the rooms. The location was fantastic, close to key attractions in Arequipa, and the dining experience, while decent, could have included more organic and regional options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were huge and modern, but the loud noises from the main streets kept me up at night. The service was incredibly kind and helpful, going over and beyond my expectations, which made up for the noise outside. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the historic district, but getting to the hotel was a bit difficult. The dining options were just okay, nothing special. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, allowing easy access to the historic district. The rooms, though cozy, can be noisy due to street sounds. The service provided is warm and accommodating, with helpful staff. The dining options could be improved, starting a bit late in the morning. Overall, a good value for a stay in the bustling city.
