Excellent stay in the heart of the city

The hotel location is excellent. It is right in the historical center. I enjoyed the gym and the beautiful pool terrace. It was great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and also international dishes. Miss Hannah gave knowledgeable guidance .
The air conditioning was controlled by reception and I had to call to adjust the temperature, this was not ideal.

The staff proved helpful. Richard was cute every morning at breakfast. He created a positive start to each day. Jenny and Liam are very kind and helpful staff members.

The rooftop terrace offered fantastic views. There is a nice gym available for hotel guests. The hotel also provided complimentary juice while I waited in the lobby, which I appreciated.

the air conditioning had a musty smell, and i am not sure if it was in all the rooms. also, the walls were very thin! i could hear conversations in the rooms next door.

the staff did open doors often, it was an interesting perk.
The bed proved HARD and SQUEAKY. noise came at night from the street. Earplugs were supplied, but it's not ideal. the pool bar turned out unmanned with just a drink fridge available.
