A Fantastic Boutique Experience

The location was perfect. I easily walked to shops and restaurants nearby. It was very convenient. The rooftop bar featured amazing views. I really appreciated the friendly staff too. They were always helpful.
The pool area did look a little dirty!

The breakfast was really delicious and the coffee had a nice strong flavor. There are two lovely pools at the hotel. One of them features a amazing view. Rooms were really clean and spacious, moreover, the hotel is near Kloof Street. This makes it perfect for enjoying tasty places to eat.
The sauna was not functional because staff said it stays switched off when unused. This is definitely a chicken and egg problem. This policy makes the sauna essentially useless.

The rooms were quiet, which ensured a peaceful stay away from city noise. The room featured a large bathroom, which I thought was wonderful. my room had Netflix, so I really enjoyed my time.

The staff was always willing to help at all times. Natasha and Daniel took such good care of us at breakfast, every day, checking we had no issues. Cheree was attentive.

the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, i especially appreciated the fresh fruit. the rooftop bar had great views. staff members were helpful! i also liked the convenient location near restaurants and shops.
the room had some noise issues i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.
