Rooms included everything i needed and were kept VERY clean.
The steam room required an extra fee. This detail was not expected at a hotel. The process to use Netflix after dinner proved quite time consuming, many staff members were not able to make it work.

i celebrated my husband's special birthday here , and it was so nice. the service was friendly and professional , from arrival to departure. our room was spacious and spotlessly clean , a true five-star experience. the hotel staff were really good too make the celebration very special.

The room was alright. it was a luxury room, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated (it needed a refresh). breakfast was average. It filled me up, but nothing special. the breakfast area had a strange smell. i also found the wine they make on the estate not very good. it's disappointing considering they are a wine farm.

I really enjoyed the lush vegetation and beautiful green spaces. the staff was very cute, i felt right at home from the start. i particularly loved the wine tasting. Creative block number 5 is now my favorite red. my son had a blast riding in the golf carts all over the estate.
the gym is located in a building far from the main areas and is uninspiring.

the room included a comfortable bed. the bathroom featured heated floors, a very nice touch. there was also a well-stocked minibar including snacks, soft drinks, beers and wines from the estate.

Breakfast had so many options, it was fantastic and also very child-friendly. i found the food to be really good. Every meal tasted wonderful and was beautifully presented. i especially liked the variety of wines available during dinner.

The grounds are lovely, the layout makes strolling a pleasure. the room was spacious and well equipped. housekeeping refreshed the room daily. the hotel restaurant is airy and showcases interesting artwork. breakfast offered more choices than anyone could need. The staff proved both friendly and efficient.
The gym is tucked away in a distant building and lacks inspiration. Cardio machines and free weights exist, but other equipment selection feels limited.

The resort has many lovely aspects like gardens and artwork. Also it is perfect for river walks. there is free wine tasting available, as well as complimentary wine. i appreciated the great facilities for eating, especially the variety of choices. the spa was amazing, and i particularly enjoyed an excellent facial.
i found the music in the restaurant and around the pool quite depressing! though staff agreed, they were unable to change the selection.
