Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Present
broken telephonelobby noise
I found some aspects of my stay less than ideal. The telephone in the room did not work. I was not able to reach the front desk for assistance. I noticed a lack of soundproofing from the lobby. I could hear noise from guests and staff early in the morning.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is quite close to various restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was superb, i especially liked the menu options. The staff members were very kind and always cute.
The amenities in the room, such as shampoo and shower gel, were locked. I struggled a bit to open them. the hairdryer did not have the correct plug.

Our beautiful double or twin room was notably spacious, clean, and modern. The room had a touch of class and i appreciated it. The well-appointed features ensured i had a relaxing experience throughout my visit.

The hotel's facilities, including the pool, bar area, and breakfast room, are wonderful. I found all these amenities added positively to my stay. The bar area, in particular, was a spot where i enjoyed spending some time.
