the staff was helpful upon arrival. i left my luggage early and they delivered it to my room. the location is walkable to shopping areas, so i felt safe. the air conditioning worked properly.
i found very few issues with my stay.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries. The shower had excellent water pressure and a rainfall showerhead. The provided Rituals toiletries were a nice touch. The bed had nice linens.

The location is very nice. It's super close to many metro stations, opera, and galleries (and zara too!). the breakfast was great and varied. i loved the room. It even had a nespresso machine!

the location was quite good with many attractions within walking distance.
The room was not clean at all i found hair and insects. the toilet was downstairs without a sink. The shower was upstairs. wifi on the 5th floor did not work. there was no 5g reception either. calls required going downstairs
