The hotel was near a main train station. the room seemed clean and it had space for luggage. i appreciated how the reception organized a taxi for me. It simplified my travel plans, and it was efficient. the staff was really helpful throughout my stay.
the reception demanded some kind of paper about the payment, but i was not given this paper at check-in, made things more difficult.

the location was really good. it was near many shops and restaurants. the hotel was quiet and easy to reach from the center. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
my bank consider the rer tickets as a suspicious transaction. i was not given any paper about the payment. i waited for the money back, but it was sorted.

the breakfast included many options and was delicious the staff were very helpful and friendly especially claudia who recommended restaurants the hotel is near bastille metro station providing easy access to various sites the hotel arranged a taxi to longchamp hippodrome for us
the minibar guarantee payment was required at check-in i didn't need it though

The hotel insisted on a guarantee payment for the minibar. This felt unnecessary, especially since I had no intention of using it. The receptionist's dismissive attitude was quite off-putting, honestly. I was told phrases like 'I don't care,' and 'the hotel doesn't care. ' These responses did not create a cute atmosphere.
