decent stay
convenient bus stop free luggage storage phone lock self check-in dark lobby no staff
The location was good. A bus stop was right downstairs, really convenient. luggage storage was available. i could reserve space for my bags for free, and i liked that i could lock it through my phone.
the self check-in process was a bit of a hassle. i have used self check-in before, but this felt unwelcoming. the lobby was quite dark, and there was no staff to assist.

digital key floor dust
the location proves convenient as tram access is just outside the door, and it made transportation easier.
mobile check-in wasn't great, and i didn't get a physical key. the digital keys on my phone didn't always work, and i spent ages trying to get it to work each time i tried to enter my room. the room also lacked cleanliness because there was dust on the floor.
