fantastic stay!
central location helpful staff varied breakfast
The location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist, especially with directions and recommendations. i enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the variety of options was very excellent.
the minibar prices were slightly higher than expected.

the hotel offered complimentary high-speed wi-fi throughout the building! a small gym was available, equipped with two treadmills and a set of free weights. there was also a business center with computers and a printer, very convenient for travellers.

central setting helpful staff
the hotel enjoys a central setting. i loved that the staff was helpful. the breakfast included fresh juice and fruit. the hotel upgraded my room, and it was both spacious and quiet!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, providing assistance whenever needed. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very professional, and both drivers were punctual and polite.

This place is ideally located in the city center, near public transport. It is also a short walk from many attractions and the main landmarks. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive!

Breakfast included a diverse selection, with fresh fruit and juice. the breakfast service was really good. i recommend to try the pastries, very tasty. The area was also clean.

flat pillows rude receptionist
The pillows were not great, seriously! they were so flat i practically slept on the mattress itself. also, the shower situation was a bit odd. It was one of those handheld ones without a proper holder. it made washing my hair a challenge. the rude receptionist was also not very cute!

faulty shower slow service
the location proved acceptable for exploring the city.
The shower was a real letdown. It barely worked. the hand-held shower head wouldn't stay in place, so i had to juggle it while trying to wash. not exactly the luxurious experience i anticipated. also, the breakfast service felt a bit off, the staff seemed more occupied with setting up than actually helping guests.

Central Gem, Unbeatable Location and Lovely Amenities
convenient location friendly staff quiet room fresh breakfast
I found the location convenient. Transport links were very close. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. My upgraded room offered a street view and it was very quiet and spacious. The breakfast offered MANY options and was fresh and delicious.
The room cleaning could use some improvement. I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and well-kept with adjustable heating. Coffee and tea making facilities were available. The minibar offered a good selection of treats, and the bathroom included several shower and shampoo products. This room provided good value for the price.

The front desk staff offered recommendations for restaurants and were always ready to help with anything needed. Staff members were able to speak multiple languages. The service during breakfast was quick and efficient EACH morning.
