Welcome to Locanda Don Serafino Historical Boutique Hotel – Ragusa

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were quiet and comfortable but had a broken toilet seat, and the parking location was a bit inconvenient. The location was exceptional, allowing easy access to the cathedral and situated in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The dining experience, although good, fell short in terms of choice and ambiance compared to other luxury hotels. The service was a mixed bag, with some friendly and helpful interactions but also some misunderstandings and lack of understanding. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

The hotel is nestled onto one of the old streets in Ragusa, offering the charm of the historic surroundings. Our very small room No 3 accommodated all our needs, despite being petite for 4 suitcases of belongings. The service provided by the owner was impeccable, making our stay feel personalized and cozy.
