The friendly service provided by staff like Boun Ta, Thay Lee, and Seung Thong truly enhanced my stay, despite the lack of regular quality checks. The location is ideal, within walking distance to everything in the charming town of Luang Prabang. The dining experience in the beautiful garden was satisfying, with a variety of local food options to try. The facilities overall were accommodating and pleasant.
