I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with multiple windows that let in lots of natural light. The service was exceptional, especially when I suggested adding hand bars in the bathroom after an incident. The location was perfect, near the lake and Cubs ballpark, with easy access to great restaurants. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money.
