I absolutely loved my stay at this charming hotel! The rooms were spacious with a wonderful view of the extensive gardens, offering a serene atmosphere with beautiful flowers and numerous birds. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to take care of every detail. The location was absolutely magical, making it a fantastic place to explore the city of Cuenca. The dining experience was wonderful overall, with dinner in the restaurant being divine and the complimentary afternoon tea a delightful touch.

My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were so comfortable, down to the hot water bottle placed in my bed each night. The service felt like being treated as a family member, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with any need. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town, and the dining experience was fantastic with divine dinners and delightful tea time treats. However, the limited buffet items for breakfast were a bit of a letdown. On the whole, a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.
