a lovely stay!
attentive staff moroccan theme accessible spa
The staff was so attentive. Betty, sofia, and francesco were always smiling! the moroccan theme throughout the hotel is well done. the pool area had a bar that was peaceful. i also loved how the spa was accessible to all guests.
My room was dark. There were no windows and it was depressing! i also bumped my head on the bathroom door. it was too low, so this design is not very practical!

breakfast had many options, and everything tasted fresh! the restaurant food quality was good and flavorful. there was also a lovely candlelight dinner with attention to detail.

the pool area included many loungers and provided shaded sections! i liked that the hotel offered a sauna and steam room. the pool created such a calming and peaceful ambiance.

the staff at reception were friendly and helpful during check-in. they explained all services well, helpful. mohammad were very good too.
