helpful staff good location

The location was good, attractions were nearby. breakfast included fruit and yogurt. I found it quite satisfying. the staff were friendly and helpful. they really tried to assist with any request.

The room door felt a little flimsy. It didn't close very smoothly.

Fantastic Central Location with Friendly Staff

I found the location quite convenient. Many attractions were within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast included was quite good, and the staff were very kind. I also appreciated their helpfulness!).

I noticed the water in the sink drained slowly. This was a minor inconvenience . Otherwise, everything was great.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. I appreciated their willingness to translate phrases. They were really good too ensure I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location provides easy access to many attractions. I was able to walk to San Telmo Market, Plaza de Mayo, and Puerto Madero. The proximity to subway and bus stops was helpful. I found many options for transportation nearby.

Acceptable, with some drawbacks

poor window thin wall

The lobby was clean.

The room door was in bad condition, it did not close easily and was even open when I entered the room for the first time. The window was also in poor condition and did not close tightly. Walls and doors were thin, I could hear almost EVERY noise from the other rooms. The room and bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned well, latter even smelled a bit from the toilet.
