adequate stay with issues
ineffective heating disruptive heater
the staff were amazing, certainly a plus.
The room was consistently cold as the heating was ineffective. a noisy portable heater was provided, disrupting my sleep. the bathroom light flickered, and the sink overflowed. Reception did not act on repeated reports.

adequate stay near expo
convenient location friendly staff ineffective heating flickering light
the location was convenient. it made access to the expo centre very EASY. the staff members were friendly. THEY were able to explain transport routes clearly.
the room felt consistently cold. the heating system did not work EFFECTIVELY. the bathroom light flickered constantly, a DISTRACTION. i reported these issues but they were not resolved.

large room ample space breakfast selection
My room was quite large, providing ample space. The breakfast selection offered many choices. I also found the location convenient, being very close to the metro station.
