amazing staffineffective heatingdisruptive heater
the staff were amazing, certainly a plus.
The room was consistently cold as the heating was ineffective. a noisy portable heater was provided, disrupting my sleep. the bathroom light flickered, and the sink overflowed. Reception did not act on repeated reports.

the LOCATION was convenient. it was near a metro station.
the room AC only gave HEAT. this made the room stuffy. i complained, but NO action was taken.

the location was convenient. it made access to the expo centre very EASY. the staff members were friendly. THEY were able to explain transport routes clearly.
the room felt consistently cold. the heating system did not work EFFECTIVELY. the bathroom light flickered constantly, a DISTRACTION. i reported these issues but they were not resolved.
