tasteful decorrude staff
The rooms were elegantly styled with very tasteful decor.
I extended my stay over the phone, but upon arrival, I was told my reservation was only for one night. Adding another night was refused rudely, and the staff said I would have to reserve online... it was quite irritating.

the breakfast offered a good variety. the staff were helpful with directions. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel the room was super clean. my room had good sound proofing from outside noise.
my room lacked coffee making facilities. there was no easily accessible electrical outlet near the desk. the toilet paper dispenser was oddly placed behind the seat it was not convenient.

okay, so the big desk in the room? yeah, no plugs nearby. i mean, who designs that? and dont even get me started on the noise. garbage trucks sound like they're having a party right outside. poor quality windows, seriously?
