helpful receptionist spacious room very nice location
The location was very nice. I accessed everything easily! the receptionist was so helpful, and she even helped me with a special request. She. i loved that the room felt spacious and inviting.
the walls had a few minor marks, but it didn't impact my stay significantly.

Acceptable Stay with Concerning Check-in Issues
The central location allowed easy access to transport links.
The lack of offline check-in was a MAJOR problem. The self-check-in terminal displayed an error and required assistance, I didn't receive a key card. I was completely dependent on remote assistance to enter the hotel, unacceptable.

The location is quite central near the train station. I found the room clean and the bed was comfortable. The self check in was fast. Breakfast had a very good selection.
The hotel entrance was a bit hidden.
