Welcome to Moaf Cusco Boutique Hotel – Cusco

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were decent, but the constant light from the walkway made it challenging to sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to enhance our experience. The location was ideal, close to the heart of Cusco. Dining options were good but could use some expansion. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, just a stone's throw away from Plaza de Armas and all its amenities. The rooms, although slightly musty on the 4th floor, are perfect for solo travelers on a spontaneous adventure. The service is top-notch with helpful staff who go above and beyond to enhance your stay, making fantastic recommendations and organizing memorable day trips. However, the dining experience could use some variety, like adding Nutella or peanut butter. Despite some minor room odor issues, the convenient location and exceptional service make this hotel a great value for money choice.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, but the location on the 1st floor was not bright enough at times. The historic building offered an excellent view over the mountains, but facing a walkway that lit up every time someone walked by made it difficult for sleeping.
