Welcome to New Park Hotel – Ankara

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ankara, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms, although small, were cozy for a week-long stay in the King Suite. The service was exceptional, with Mrs Ayda being particularly helpful and welcoming. However, there were some issues with check-in timing and occasional misinformation from staff. The dining experience was outstanding, exceeding my expectations, and the hotel facilities were up to par with a great balance of comfort and convenience.

The hotel was located perfectly, with easy access to local shops and cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice view, although there was a noticeable tobacco smell that was a bit unpleasant. The service was top-notch, with a very hospitable staff ensuring our stay was perfect. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide selection of items, including vegan and vegetarian options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel had rooms that were clean and of reasonable sizes, although ready for a soft refurbishment. While access to rooms late at night was a challenge, the staff provided exceptional service that was very helpful and professional. The location was superb, central to everything, with convenient access to local shops and cafes. The dining experience offered some cheeses and salami but had limited options in the buffet. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money with pleasant facilities.
