the staff at reception are very FRIENDLY and helpful. The room was super clean. The breakfast buffet is pretty comprehensive with a wide selection.
the soundproof of the rooms is a COMPLETE disaster. The beds are not very comfortable, especially the choice of pillows is very limited. The common areas of the hotel are pretty dark. not a lot of natural sunlight.

My upgraded suite was a pleasant surprise and quite spacious. The location proved convenient with the train station being close by. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The hotel offered a really good breakfast. I especially enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit and various jams.
The minibar pricing was not transparent. I found the charges for a couple of water bottles and a snack to be unexpectedly high which was not a fair surprise.

The hotel provided luggage storage after checkout, a great benefit for those with late departures. This service allowed for continued exploration without baggage concerns. There is also a gym with three treadmills alongside two stationary bikes wanting to exercise.

Reception operates 24/7, ensuring assistance is always accessible. I found this reassuring for any late-night queries or early departures. Staff ensured I did not need to move rooms when I decided to extend my stay on my own which I thought was a courtesy.

the location was quite convenient to the train station.
the soundproofing of the rooms proved to be quite poor. i heard noises from nearby rooms and even footsteps from upstairs. this made it difficult to sleep, especially in the mornings when cleaning staff moved beds and created MORE noise.

The reception staff was helpful when needed.
The room had some cleanliness issues. I noticed some dust and the bathroom wasn't super clean. Also ,the noise from other rooms was quite noticeable ,making it difficult to relax sometimes.
