really good stay
prompt room service perfect housekeeping efficient front desk excellent gym
i felt pampered , the room service was prompt. housekeeping maintained perfect standards. the front desk staff resolved my requests efficiently and the valet team provided quick service. the hotel also had an excellent gym, it included modern equipment.
The breakfast buffet felt a bit pricey! especially considering the limited variety. the quality of the food was good.

The room had comfortable beds,. I appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities after a long day exploring. The location is great. It is perfect for accessing the city. I found the staff helpful and attentive.
I found the gym rather crowded during peak hours. More equipment would be nice.

some issues overshadowed positives
old showerhead uncomfortable bed
I was a little disappointed. the gym was great, but the room felt lacking for the price. the shower head was old and sprayed water inconsistently. the bed did not allow much sleep . It was just uncomfortable.

The health club and breakfast were acceptable. The staff was helpful.
The brunch restaurant seemed desolate with no customers. I canceled my reservation there. the shower head in the room sprayed water inconsistently, likely due to calcification. sleep quality suffered due to the bed.
