lovely and relaxing stay

i found the pool area very clean with a relaxed feel (i especially enjoyed the chilled vibe). the breakfast area was modern and included a nice choice of food and drinks. our room overlooked the pool and had a nice balcony on the second floor. i thought the reception area offered calm in a busy location.

the pool had comfortable and clean sunbeds available, offering a relaxing space. the hotel restaurant at the front had nice coffee and other drinks (i enjoyed it a lot!). this added convenience to my stay.

the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. the free shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and it saved a lot of time. the housekeeping service was excellent, maintaining the room very clean.

the location was good with many things to do nearby in the evening. there was a good choice in entertainment and restaurants close by. the hotel felt quiet, even though it was pretty central to everything.

The superior king room offered ample space, and i slept soundly on the comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet had a good choice of items. there were restaurants and shops very close by. This made exploring very easy. i found kata beach more relaxed than other areas i had visited,.

The hotel provided a transfer to the beach. It made access simple. a seven eleven store was across the road. it was very convenient. there were good restaurants nearby too.

The cleaning was to a high standard. the room equipment was modern. the beds were soft. the rooms were beautiful. i appreciated these factors. The aesthetics were superb!

The staff was responsive. they were happy to help. the staff greeted me warmly. they were cheerful. the welcome cupcake was a lovely gesture. I appreciated it very much!
