poor air frequent connection
Staff were pleasant enough. Breakfast offered a good choice of food and was hot.
Air con was quite poor, so my room got warm at night. I found the wifi to be weak with frequent dropped connections, an issue when I needed to work. The room ended up feeling very basic.

the staff offered complimentary tea and coffee. the building had a beautiful traditional style. i also appreciated the large bed with two big windows, including light blinds.
the room temperature was controlled by the front desk, so i had to ask for adjustments. only one key card was given. this meant no electricity in the room if one person left.

Acceptable location, noticeable noise issues
The hotel had a very convenient location for getting around.
I was very annoyed. My room was on the bottom floor near the front desk, and it was just too loud (I would have preferred a quieter room). The air conditioning barely worked and did not cool the room down at all.
