Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

The staff, especially Julia, provided really good care. I found the breakfast to be both fresh and delicious. The pool area offered fine views of the mountain and provided ample sun beds. The hotel's convenient location allows easy access to Long Street.
The parking situation was not ideal, spots seemed limited during peak hours.

the location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. i clearly heard noises from adjacent rooms, distracting, especially at night. also, parking availability was limited. I had to park a block away one evening

the breakfast were a la carte. the neighbourhood feels secure. the ride to the waterfront takes only ten minutes. decor in my room were classic. the bathroom had a full shower. i had a balcony overlooking the pool. bathrooms looks newly renovated. the staff were friendly.

i loved the off-street gated parking it. the staff was cute i felt right at home. the hotel just exudes understated loveliness it was a feast for the eyes. everything was perfect, i'd go back in a heartbeat!
The room was slightly noisy. I could hear some sounds from neighboring rooms but honestly it was very slight and didn't bother me too much

the location was quite good.
I was not impressed with the breakfast area. it felt quite cramped, and getting a seat sometimes reminded me of a struggle. the room i had, a beautiful double room, faced the street and the noise in the morning made it difficult to sleep well. Heavy traffic started early.
