charmed by the hospitality
central location fresh fruit efficient staff spacious room
The breakfast had fresh fruit and great variety. The hotel has a very central location near museums. The staff assisted efficiently with parking. They were also friendly and helpful when i needed something. i really had a swell time. The rooms are spacious,. Air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. It was great.
I had a slight issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. I saw a few hairs on the floor.

The staff was polite and friendly. They promptly brought a bar fridge to my room upon request. Communication was excellent, made resolving requests very easy. The team provided good service.

The room was quiet at night, it allowed for restful sleep. The hotel offers daily housekeeping that keeps everything tidy. The bed was quite comfortable, so i slept soundly each night.

The hotel is located centrally, near a market where you can find souvenirs. Several museums are within walking distance, so it allowed convenient exploration. Public transportation is also easily accessible. That was really handy.

Breakfast had a good selection. The buffet offered many choices.
The air conditioning was VERY outdated and it blew only hot air. The room was stifling, and it made it hard to sleep WELL.
